By Athletes' Acceleration | November 11th, 2007
In today’s game against the Washington Redskins, Brian
Westbrook scored 3 touchdowns, including a 57 yard screen
pass late in the 4th quarter that put the Eagles up for
good.
For his third touchdown, he blasted through the line and
went into the endzone untouched.
So what is the factor that allowed Brian Westbrook to
gain 100 yards rushing, 83 yards receiving and score
3 touchdowns in a critical divisional matchup?
If you saw the screen pass that put them up, you’d know…
SPEED.
Flat out Speed.
So how did Brian develop that speed?
Who taught him?
How can *your* athletes learn the same techniques?
