Program Design for Your Track and Field Sprinters

By Athletes' Acceleration | September 30th, 2008

Take my quick Track Sprints Program Design Survey
Since I’ve already started planning out my upcoming
track season, I know fellow track coaches, track
parents and track athletes must also be getting ready…

Right?

Right?

I’m considering putting something together to help
you out with this process.

After all, your program design skill is what makes
or breaks your sprinters’ progress.

I saw this first hand last year when I walked into
a new program that hadn’t seen an individual or
relay State Champion since 1986…

…and proceeded to win the state 4×200 title and
shave almost 3 seconds off the school record.

After only being there 12 weeks.

Then they won the outdoor 4×100m State Championship
by almost a half a second over the next best team
in the entire state.

It was awesome for everyone: coaches, athletes,
parents, everyone.

How? Because I understand program design and how
to write very effective workouts.

So take my quick survey on program design for track
and field sprinters.

It’ll only take you a minute or two.

To your success,
