Hey, I enjoyed you breaking down exactly what the program is about. You have been a great help to me over the past year with your revolutionary way of creating training programs. I know this year will pay off great dividends this season because of what I now know. Thanks, and good luck this season to you as well.
Daniel
>>> Thanks for the kind words. I’m glad I could help. Good luck this year.

I understand that coming from Mass. that social decorum is not a highly valued skill set but your comment about some other internet site “crapping their pants” goes too far.
At my school we have a tech room where our athletes are able to review and analyze their performance footage and watch other broadcasts such as yours. Your site is going to be blocked as of today. Your messiah complex and course language is unacceptable.
Mike Boyle is a friend and often a guiding light. Sometimes he just opinionated to be contrary. I am shocked that he is comfortable with your shilling for him.
I am very disappointed with the direction Mike has taken since his illness.
M.G.
>>> Well, you have a right to your opinion. And to ban me from your tech room. But the truth is, sometimes I swear. I am not politically correct. I like to stir the pot because it makes my life more entertaining. I have never claimed to be G Rated or appropriate for schools, children or the elderly. If the phrase ‘crapping their pants’ offends you, then I am most certainly not the person you should be getting training advice from.
Also, M.G., I think your post would have been more effective if you hadn’t started it off with a rude comment. After reading the first sentence, it was hard to take the rest of it seriously.

Latiff, I have been a high school football coach and strength coach for 38 years in two states. You keep doing what you’re doing and the way you’re doing it. Education and “lawyers” in this country are turning our young people into whiners and cry babies. If something as small as your comment offends this guy, then keep yourself and your kids sheltered because life is just around the corner! And as Bill Gates sometimes says, it ain’t always pretty or safe.

Latif,
As an owner of some of your educational materials, it is always educational, entertaining and interesting to hear/view you and your training thoughts and opinions. A character not hidden in the shadows is admirable–keep it rolling man! Thanks for the follow up on MB 3.0.

Latiff, Please continue to do what you are doing..You have the right to make a living and succeed in life. The internet is not rated “G” so adults must take the responsibility to screen each site. That said, Latiff that is not your concern. Also Greg, I agree with you if a small comment offends this guy then he should keep his kids sheltered.
Latiff you are correct, his post would have been more effective if he hadn’t started out with his comment.
Also, from his post it seems that he has been following you for a certain amount of time so I am surprised that he is now commenting on your language unless he has commented before. Maybe something else is driving his post since he states he his a friend of Mike.

Latif,
I have not even seen the video’s yet, bur I am currently trying to find a way to purchase them. I coach track in a small school near Cincinnati. Thanks in large part to “complete speed training” we won are league for the first time last year. I also teach two fitness classes in the high school. I am also looking for a way to purchase more of your DVD’s. I really appreciate all the info. Keep up the good work.

Latif,
I can’t hear any sound from the video! I’ve been dying to watch it because I was wondering about Mike Boyle’s dvd and whether it was that special, but I can’t watch it! DO you have a transcript or something?
>>> I’m not sure why you’re having a problem as I haven’t heard that from anyone else. Check to see that your flash player is updated.

I coach a very high-level boys AAU basketball team. Is Mike Boyle’s program appropriate for 14 year old basketball players and what percentage of the program will they benefit from? Is Functional Strength Coach 3.0 mainly for track athletes?
>>> Boyle’s program is for any athlete in any sport. I would recommend it for teenaged athletes and above. It’s certainly not mainly geared at track athletes. Your athletes will benefit from the exact percentage of the program you implement in their training. I don’t know what you’re currently doing so it’s difficult for me to say what you need to change completely, partially or leave as is. If you want to improve your athletes’ performance, you can’t go wrong with boyle’s program. And you have 60 days to look at it and return it if you don’t like it. If I could get all the coaches at the HS I coach at to use this program (or any program for that matter) then I would quite literally cry tears of joy.
