For the baseball 60yd start - you have to start like you are stealing a base for the timed run -do you have any dvd's that show this? we have to do perfect game for baseball, 6o yard dash- cannot start with a 3point stand...

It's not going to teach the full 60, but it will teach
how to accelerate to steal a base and the principles are
inherently the same.
