		<description>Hey latif!

In which of the weight training phases would you introduce quarter squats? (hypertrophy, max str, power) and is it best to combine quarter squats with normal squats on the same day or rotate days? e.g monday quarter squats, wednesday - deadlifts, friday - normal squats? or would it be best to start with full squats and finish off a session with quarters. How far down do you guys go on the quarter &amp; what sort of weight do they lift?

Thanks for sharing your knowledge and wisdom with us,
