I liked the format. I do feel that it would be beneficial to have a transcribed version of your verbal response, or at least a synopsis of key points. There was a lot of good information, and it can take some time to digest, I think the written key points would help.
Thank you,

Haven

Latif,

The format works well. The verbal answers mesh well with The Complete Speed Training Program.

This session actually clarified a few mattters regarding the general setup of training programs.

Perhaps at the beginning of the newsletter you could identify at what point the listener will find the answer to a specific question. This helps take the listener to an area of concern-saves time if listening during lunch while at work- and further helps with future reference. Other than that, this format works well.

Hi Latif,
Yes it is a nice format, maybe it should be available at a latter stage in book format? Questions posted from around the globe with relevant answers.

I definately prefer the audio formant compared to the written letters. Like the others who've left comments I would like the recording to be separated by question so we can listen to ones we want to know, or choose to skip certain other questions we don't want to here then. Also I think the ability to download the recording on mp3 is ingenius. Thanks for your help.

I love this format. I would prefer to be able to listen and do some other things during that time. I have learned so much from your program and from these question/answer newsletters. As always, looking forward to learning more.....

I liked the audio format. It provided you much more freedom to elaborate more on your answers and information. Great job, I love all of the information you share!

I liked the format generally. It might be good to do an outline of your response to be sure that there is a progression of information; just like warming up.

Here's a question I hope you will address. My sons play multiple sports with overalpping seasons (football, basketball, baseball). They still want to train to get faster. What are some good tips for organizing generalized training to help with overall athletic speed and agility while not interfering with the practices in other sports?
